Skin rash and urticaria (itchy, raised skin welts) are common side effects of Ulvin 500 Tablet. These reactions are usually mild and may improve as the body adjusts to the medicine. If the rash spreads, becomes severe, or is associated with swelling, itching, or difficulty in breathing, stop the medicine and consult your doctor immediately.
