Taking Semigaba with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Orlistat (Oral Route)

Watch out for symptoms such as tremors. seizures or impaired coordination and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may consider separating the administration of Orlistat and Pregabalin. Orlistat may reduce efficacy of Pregabalin.

Clozapine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Clozapine side effects such as blurred vision, sleepiness, headache, constipation, nausea, dizziness, faintness or fatigue and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the dose of Clozapine accordingly. Clozapine may raise blood levels of the active form of Pregabalin.
