Rimofit 20mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to help you remember. Complete the full course and do not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you it is alright to stop taking it.

Rimofit 20mg Tablet may cause few side effects such as dizziness, depression, mood changes, and nausea. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or treat the side effects.

Rimofit 20mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Use of Rimofit 20mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

Interaction with drugs

Taking Rimofit with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Moderate

Clarithromycin (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, fatigue or mood swings and consult your doctor if you experience them. Clarithromycin may raise blood levels of Rimonabant.
Moderate

Ketoconazole (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, fatigue or mood swings and consult your doctor if you experience them. Ketoconazole may raise blood levels of Rimonabant.
Moderate

Itraconazole (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, fatigue or mood swings and consult your doctor if you experience them. Itraconazole may raise blood levels of Rimonabant.

Ritonavir (Oral Route)
