RALIF 10MG TABLET should be taken with or without food. The dose may vary depending on what you are taking it for. Take it as it has been prescribed by your doctor. Taking Ralif with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Thalidomide (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness.

Azithromycin (Oral Route)

Do not take Rupatadine with Azithromycin.

Azithromycin (Injection Route)

Do not take Rupatadine with Azithromycin.

Clarithromycin (Oral Route)

Do not consume Rupatadine with Clarithromycin. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as headache, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, tiredness, nausea or abdominal pain and consult your doctor if you experience them. Clarithromycin may raise blood levels of Rupatadine.
