How to use Ralif Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. RALIF 10MG TABLET may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Ralif Tablet works

RALIF 10MG TABLET is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

Expert advice for Ralif Tablet

  • Caution should be exercised in patients with history of kidney or liver impairment, having porphyria (this is a rare inherited blood disorder), ever had an allergic reaction to another antihistamine, or to any other medicine, in elderly, and in children less than 12 years.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery as rupatadine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. 
  • Do not drink alcohol while taking rupatadine, as it may worsen the side effects.
  • Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant.
