How to use Pregabin Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregabin 75 mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Pregabin Capsule works

Pregabin 75 mg Capsule is an antiepileptic medication. It decreases pain and seizures by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

If you miss a dose of Pregabin 75 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Usually, if their is no organic cause of seizure in brain, treatment is continued for 3 years of seizure free period and then gradually tapered off. If seizures re occur, then treatment may continue for life.
