Taking Piptal with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe
Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route)
Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Piperacillin. Please consult your doctor. Piperacillin may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).
Severe
Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Injection Route)
Piperacillin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. Piperacillin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine.
Moderate
Pemetrexed (Injection Route)
Your doctor may monitor your creatinine clearance along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Piperacillin may slow down the removal of Pemetrexed from the body.
