Orgapam 200mg/600mg Injection may lead to some side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, vertigo, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, itching, and dermatitis. To overcome any such side effects, it is advised to eat a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of fluid. It may also lead to mild and temporary injection site redness and pain. If any of the side effects get aggravated, contact your doctor immediately. Orgapam 200mg/600mg Injection is a combination of two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Tinidazole. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

  • Diarrhea can cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids to help rehydrate you.
