Diarrhea can cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Consult your doctor if your diarrhea lasts for more than 48 hours.
It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or perform any activity that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.
Do not take this medicine with milk or any other dairy product, as they contain calcium, which can bind to one of its ingredients and prevent it from working properly.
To ensure proper absorption, avoid taking antacids, iron supplements, calcium supplements, or multivitamins 2 hours before or after your dose.
