I strongly advice consultation with psychiatrist. If you are from Mumbai, see me.There is no cure to Alzheimer's, but we can suppress symptoms. Looking at your age, I am very much sure you are not suffering from Alzheimer's!!!!
Memory loss (forgets things within minutes) I am informed there are two tests 1-blood test, 2-urine test, which can tell you the cause of memory loss. Correct me, if wrong.
