General Information

Product introduction
Metro 200mg Tablet medicine is best taken after eating some food. It should be taken at the same time each day to maximize its benefits. Take the medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the full course of treatment, even if you feel better. If you stop taking it early, some bacteria may survive, and the infection may come back. The most common side effects of this medicine are nausea, headache, and anorexia (loss of appetite). These are usually mild, but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You can try sugar-free candies or lozenges if you experience dry mouth or a metallic taste in your mouth. Before using Metro 200mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to any medicine, have kidney or liver problems, or have a nervous system disease. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine and for a few days after stopping it, as you may experience unpleasant side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.
Uses of Metro Tablet
- Treatment of Bacterial infections : These include infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, such as abdominal infections, pelvic infections (bacterial vaginosis), dental infections, skin infections, and lung infections.
- Treatment of Parasitic infections
Benefits of Metro Tablet
Metro 200mg Tablet is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, particularly those caused by anaerobic bacteria that thrive in environments with low oxygen levels. It works by inhibiting bacterial growth and killing the organisms that cause infection. This helps alleviate symptoms such as pain, fever, and inflammation, allowing the body to heal more quickly and reducing the risk of complications.
Metro 200mg Tablet kills the parasites responsible for these infections, helping relieve symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vaginal discomfort. Clearing the infection helps restore normal health, prevents recurrence, and improves overall well-being.
