How to use Metaspray Aquanase

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Blow your nose gently. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Keep the head upright. Breath in while pressing the bottle. Repeat in other nostril.

How Metaspray Aquanase works

Metaspray 50 mcg Aquanase is a steroid. It gets absorbed into the cells of the inner surface of the nose and works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and allergies. This relieves blocked or runny nose, sneezing and sinus discomfort.

You try metaspray nasal spray 1 puff twice daily for 6weeks. If doesn't improve may need Surgery. Only mouth breathing is not a indication for surgery at 8 years. You can for 2 more years

Looking at the prescription it seems that you are not evaluated and given proper treatment for chronic tonsillitis and sinusitis. It is advised to consult another ENT specialist for proper evaluation and treatment. You can start metaspray nasal spray 2puffs in both nostrils twice a day and for pain u can take flexon/combiflam.
