Taking Mergin with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Do not consume Methylergometrine with Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole may raise blood levels of Methylergometrine.
Concurrent use may cause gangrene of fingers and toes.

It's ok. Vaginal delivery can be tried, but the baby can have more chances of going into distress during labour. So the heartbeat of the baby will need to be monitored regularly during labour

Please visit an orthopedician regarding the pain. The pain could be due to a faulty spinal anaesthesia of a spinal issue. It is unrelated to the C section. For the bleeding, take plenty of fiber rich diet and lots of water. You can also take Syrup cremation 3 sf at night for a week
