What would be the best treatment for this disease. As i am very confused about doctor's advice. Some said to start chemo 6 cycles without even pet scan. Doctor from hcg Bangalore advised for radiation for 28 set. But doctor's from Bangalore Baptist hospital advised for 3 cycle of chemo therapy finally i did the pet scan and tomorrow have a appointment with the doctor from Baptist hospital.

Ideal treatment for these tumor would be chemotherapy along with radiation therapy, but your patient has fistula after surgery so radiation would not be possible, so ahead with chemotherapy. You can have 4 to 6 cycles.
