Skin rash and urticaria (itchy, raised skin welts) are common side effects of Gris 375mg Tablet. These reactions are usually mild and may improve as the body adjusts to the medicine. If the rash spreads, becomes severe, or is associated with swelling, itching, or difficulty in breathing, stop the medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

Before using Gris 375mg Tablet, you should tell your doctor if you have any problems with your heart or liver. It may also affect, or be affected by, some other medicines you are taking. Careful consideration is advised when taking Estradiol with Griseofulvin, as Griseofulvin can cause birth defects. It is recommended to use condoms to prevent pregnancy. Griseofulvin may reduce the efficacy of Estradiol.

Careful consideration is advised when taking Progesterone with Griseofulvin, as Griseofulvin can cause birth defects. It is recommended to use condoms to prevent pregnancy. Griseofulvin may reduce the efficacy of Progesterone.
