The most common side effects of taking this medicine include injection site pain or reaction, headache, constipation, diarrhea, and weakness. • Do not drive or perform tasks requiring alertness if you feel dizzy or lightheaded after receiving Granimax 1mg Injection.
• Report any persistent headache, constipation, or abdominal discomfort to your doctor if symptoms do not improve.
