Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive brain disorder that slowly destroys memory, thinking skills, and the ability to carry out everyday tasks. One of the early and most noticeable symptoms is memory loss, which worsens over time. Galamer 4 Tablet works by increasing the levels of certain natural substances in the brain that are involved in memory and learning. It improves nerve signal transmission, helps slow down the worsening of memory problems, and enhances cognitive function, allowing individuals to maintain daily activities for a longer period.
