Dear PATIENT you for sharing your reports with me. Most of your reports are within normal limits except your vitamin D level is low, for this you can take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks. They might lead to back pain sometimes. Your TSH level is also high, I suggest you should get a repeat thyroid profile test done after a week and then consult a Endocrinologist.

I have got asthma and I want to know if foracort is the right inhaler I am taking. I have come to know that it contains steroids which is not good. Can you recommend something safe?
Dr. Sarthak Chakravarty
General Physician
See basically all inhalers have steroids except few. However they are in so small quantities that they are harm less. Inhale whenever you get an attack. Small amount of steroid is not harmful. It improves the quality of treatment outcome

Can't do much as you have already seen many doctors. Voice rest is best for vocal nodules.Irritation can be due to nasal secretion or acid reflux. If Endoscopy is fine no need to worry
