Taking Flexabenz with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Cyclobenzaprine with Tranylcypromine.

Trihexyphenidyl (Injection Route)

Clozapine (Oral Route)
