Product introduction

Fexert 120 Tablet may be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

Do not self-medicate or recommend your medicine to another person even if you see the similarity in symptoms. Consult your doctor to get the most benefit. Interaction with drugs

Taking Fexert with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe

Tepotinib (Oral Route)

Do not consume Tepotinib with Fexofenadine. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. Tepotinib may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.
Moderate

Carbamazepine (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor the effects of Fexofenadine along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Fexofenadine may increase the metabolism of Carbamazepine.
Moderate

Conivaptan (Injection Route)

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Conivaptan may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

Daclatasvir (Oral Route)

Watch out for symptoms of Fexofenadine side effects such as headaches, excessive sleepiness, dry mouth, feeling sick or dizziness and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Daclatasvir may raise blood levels of Fexofenadine.

Ensure a gap of at least 2 hours between taking Fexofenadine and Magaldrate.
