She has lost interest in any type of household work, where she used to be a all time home maker. Now-a-days she is not having any energy to do any kind of work and everytime she is feeling sleepy. Along with that she is having ankle swelling as well. Also, she has lost her appetite too. Even sometime she is telling me that she does not want to live anymore. She lost her husband (my father) 8 years back in a tragic road accident. Since then she was living with me only. 2 years back I have got married so now she is living with me, my wife and our 3 months old son. Me and my wife are really worried about her health. I was doing some research on the side effects of the medicines she is taking and I found in 1mg.com that the component Amlodipine (found in Eritel Trio and Eslo 2.5) can cause severe sleepiness and dizziness. Please suggest what should I do and what should I consult with my doctor? Should I stop Eritel Trio and Eslo 2.5 from her daily medicine intake schedule?
