Product introduction

ENDobloc 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. In case you missed a dose, take another one as soon as you remember it. Take it for as long as it is prescribed and do not stop taking the medicine on your own.


The most common side effects of this medicine are peripheral edema, nasal congestion, sinusitis, and flushing. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you or persist for a longer duration. Dizziness may also occur in some people, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus if you experience such a symptom.


Before receiving the treatment, inform your doctor if you are on any medication for any other health condition. It should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease. Attend regular follow-ups as advised by the doctor.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs becomes abnormally high, causing the heart to work harder and leading to symptoms such as breathlessness, fatigue, and chest pain. ENDobloc 5 Tablet is used to treat PAH by helping relax and widen the blood vessels in the lungs. This improves blood flow, lowers lung pressure, and makes it easier to perform daily activities with reduced symptoms, ultimately enhancing exercise capacity and quality of life.

ENDobloc 5 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. ENDobloc 5 Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.

Yes, ENDobloc 5 Tablet commonly causes an increase in liver enzymes. It may rarely cause liver injury and inflammation of the liver because of the body’s own defences (autoimmune hepatitis). Consult your doctor if you have nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dark-colored urine and yellowing of the skin.
Usually, the doctors advise to take one dose of ENDobloc 5 Tablet. You can take it with or without food but prefer taking it at the same time each day. Swallow it whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it into pieces.
No, you should not stop taking ENDobloc 5 Tablet without consulting your doctor as this may worsen your condition. Talk to your doctor if you need to stop it.
ENDobloc 5 Tablet may cause serious birth defects if taken during pregnancy. Therefore, every woman who is capable of becoming pregnant should get a pregnancy test done before starting ENDobloc 5 Tablet. Additionally, during treatment with ENDobloc 5 Tablet you should use two reliable methods of contraception to ensure that you do not get pregnant.
The serious side effects of ENDobloc 5 Tablet are swelling all over the body (fluid retention), decreased sperm count and low red blood cell count (anemia). Tell your doctor if you have any unusual weight gain, tiredness, or trouble breathing.
ENDobloc 5 Tablet is used to treat pulmonary hypertension in adults. Pulmonary hypertension is a condition wherein there is increased blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries (blood vessels that carry blood from heart to lungs). ENDobloc 5 Tablet lowers the blood pressure by relaxing the pulmonary arteries, making it easier for the heart to pump blood through them.
Taking more than the recommended dose of ENDobloc 5 Tablet may cause headache, flushing, dizziness, or nausea. It may cause low blood pressure which may further lead to lightheadedness. Contact your doctor immediately or seek emergency medical services in a nearby hospital if you take more than the recommended doses of this medicine.
