Uses of Duramor Tablet

DURAMOR 10MG TABLET is used for moderate to severe pain.

How to use Duramor Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Duramor Tablet works

DURAMOR 10MG TABLET is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Duramor Tablet related warnings

DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
DURAMOR 10MG TABLET is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
If the mother is taking DURAMOR 10MG TABLET, sleepiness of the baby should be monitored.
DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
DURAMOR 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of DURAMOR 10MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
DURAMOR 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of DURAMOR 10MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of DURAMOR 10MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you miss a dose of Duramor Tablet?

If you miss a dose of DURAMOR 10MG TABLET, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
