How to use Decol Capsule

How Decol Capsule works

Decol 250 mg Capsule is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria. It does so by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. This does not directly kill the bacteria, but prevents them from increasing in numbers, and eventually clears up the infection.

CAUTION
Decol 250 mg Capsule may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).
Pregnancy

Decol 250 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Decol 250 mg Capsule may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney
Decol 250 mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Decol 250 mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
