You can eat normally while taking this medicine, but try to avoid foods that are high in fat.

Do not consume Simvastatin with Atazanavir. Atazanavir may raise blood levels of Simvastatin.

Do not consume Simvastatin with Ciclosporin. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as decreased blood pressure, headache or swelling. Please consult your doctor. Ciclosporin may raise blood levels of Simvastatin.
