Introduction of Corbis Tablet

Corbis 2.5 Tablet is a medicine used for treating hypertension (high blood pressure), angina (heart-related chest pain), and heart failure. Lowering the blood pressure helps prevent future heart attack and stroke. It can be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It is best to take this medicine regularly at a fixed time each day. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly. Lifestyle changes like low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine work better. Dizziness may occur in some patients as a side effect, but it gets better with time.

How to use Corbis Tablet

Corbis 2.5 Tablet is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.

Alcohol
CAUTION
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Corbis 2.5 Tablet. Taking Bisoprolol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Pregnancy
Unknown. Human and animal studies are not available. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
CAUTION
Corbis 2.5 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Corbis 2.5 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
Corbis 2.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Corbis 2.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular blood pressure monitoring is advisable for dose adjustment.
Liver
CAUTION
Corbis 2.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Corbis 2.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Corbis 2.5 Tablet is started at a lower dose in these patients and further increased slowly with careful monitoring.

Voglibose and pioglitazone both are medications used for diabetes but there mechanism of action is different and so are their side effects. Voglibose acts to reduce post prandial blood glucose whereas pioglitazone improves insulin sensitivity and improves glycemic control. Voglibose causes gastric side effects and sometimes affects the liver whereas pioglitazone should not be given to patients with heart ailments as it can worsen heart failure.
