Cleft 10 Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit from it. Keep taking it as recommended by your doctor and complete the dose even if you feel better.

Using this medicine may cause some common side effects such as nausea, headache, dyspepsia, rash, diarrhea, and increased liver enzymes. Consult with your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away with time or get worse. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these symptoms.

Taking Cleft with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Life-threatening

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) should not be used while undergoing treatment with Leflunomide or for up to 6 months after stopping Leflunomide.

Life-threatening

Natalizumab (Injection Route)

Do not consume Natalizumab with Leflunomide.

Severe

Azathioprine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations.

Chloroquine (Oral Route)
