General Information

Product introduction
Carbcure 450 Injection is given as an infusion into a vein under the supervision of a doctor or healthcare professional. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and treatment schedule based on your condition, kidney function, and blood cell counts. The dose may be adjusted depending on how well you tolerate the treatment and any side effects you experience. Make sure to attend all scheduled treatment sessions.
Common side effects of Carbcure 450 Injection include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, hair loss, and numbness, tingling, burning, or pain in the hands or feet. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience fever, chills, unusual bleeding or bruising, or severe weakness. Your doctor will perform regular blood tests to monitor your blood cell counts, kidney and liver function, and electrolyte levels during treatment.
Before receiving Carbcure 450 Injection, inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, hearing difficulties, or a history of allergic reactions to carboplatin or other platinum-based medicines. Inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking, as some may interact with this medicine.
Carbcure 450 Injection may harm an unborn baby and should be avoided during pregnancy unless clearly necessary. Women who can become pregnant should use effective contraception during treatment and for at least 7 months after the last dose. Men should also avoid fathering a child during treatment and for at least 4 months afterward. Breastfeeding should be avoided during treatment and for 1 month after the last dose.

Ovarian cancer is a cancer that begins in the female organs that produce eggs (ovaries). This type of cancer is usually detected very late and can be fatal too. It usually spreads to the pelvis and stomach. Carbcure 450 Injection kills or stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancer cells.
Small cell lung cancer is a fast-growing type of lung cancer commonly caused by smoking that starts with small tumors in the lungs but eventually spreads to the other parts of the body as well. Quick tips
- It is given as an injection into the veins under the supervision of a doctor.
- Your doctor will regularly check your blood cell counts, as Carbcure 450 Injection can lower white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. This can increase the risk of infection, tiredness, bruising, or bleeding.
- Contact your doctor if you develop fever, chills, unusual bleeding or bruising, or signs of infection, particularly when your blood counts are low.
- Kidney function is important when deciding the Carbcure 450 Injection dose, because the medicine is mainly cleared through the kidneys. Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems, and keep all scheduled blood and kidney-function tests.
