R/Sir, My Grandpa aged 91yrs is suffering from - Bronchogenic Carcinoma. As per CTScan - Large mass lesion measuring sized in the superior basal segment of the lower lobe having broad based contact with pleural surface and infiltrating into the adjacent chest wall with erosion and permeative destruction of the adjacent 7th rib. Suggestive of malignant mass-bronchogenic carcinoma. No enlarged mediastinal or hilar lymphnodes seen. Well defined nodule in the right lower lobe. ?metastatic. due to his oldness, i think he may not tolerate the after effects of chemotherapy. Any medicine cure and to reduce his pain. Kindly advice what should i do and what should i take precautions for him. How much i have time??? please suggest atleast a pain relief.
