Introduction of Allerde Tablet

Allerde 5 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of various allergic conditions. It relieves symptoms like itching, swelling and rashes.

It may be taken with food. But, It is better to take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. This medication may make you more sensitive to sun. So, it is better to use sunscreen and wear protective clothing when outdoors. You must stop smoking during the treatment as it can reduce the benefits of the medicine. Some people may experience dizziness after taking it, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus. Weight loss is also seen as side effect of this medicine. But, you may get help by increasing your diet or consulting with a dietitian. Your doctor may get regular tests done to monitor the liver function.

How to use Allerde Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allerde 5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Allerde Tablet works

Allerde 5 mg Tablet is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

What if you miss a dose of Allerde Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Allerde 5 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Hi , My son ha skin problem and we have shown to a skin doctor. he has prscribed th following tablets He started taking these from 2nd Apr'17. 1. Fex-M 180 : Night 1 tablet 2. Allerde-m : Evening 1 tablet Note: He has nocturnal seizures and he is in medication from past 11/2years. Following are the medicines he is taking from Dec 2015 and seizures are well controlled -No occurrence of seizures post Dec 2015 1. ZEPTOL CR 300 -1 tab in the morning 2. ZEPTOL CR -600 - 1 tab night 3. Cloba 5 mg : 1 tab in the night I would like to know whether the skin related tablets can be taken along with neuro tablets also
