Hello, thanks for sharing your problem, I understand ur concern, eat a high-protein breakfast, avoid sugar n all sweet foods, junk and fatty foods, drink plenty of water & eat salads before eating meal, limit the quantity of carbohydrates, never skip meal, eat in small quantities 4-5 times a day, don't consume saturated fat, use olive or coconut oil for cooking, do moderate exercise daily like brisk walking for 1-2 km, take cap becosule, 1 cap per day, kindly consult with a dietitian for a personalised diet chart Hope it helpsIf your skin is oily, cleanse it as follows: Gently massage face with zobin soap or saslic facewash for 3-5 mins, don't scrub.
