If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Chlorzoxazone may raise blood levels of the active form of Isoniazid.

Disulfiram (Oral Route)

Watch out for symptoms such as fatigue, sedation or headaches and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses of Disulfiram and Chlorzoxazone accordingly. Disulfiram may raise blood levels of Chlorzoxazone.
