Hi, have been at home since the last 5 months and have not been going to work. I was working in chennai but took a transfer back to Mumbai in may this year as my father was hospitalised and I had to take care of him. Post my fathers hospitalisation my mother underwent bypass surgery, post bypass my father again was hospitalised. This chain of events affected me badly. Slowly I got involved with taking care of my parents and stopped going to work. Met a doctor who referred me to a psychiatrist, he confirmed that I was undergoing mild depression. He prescribed Frext 50 for a month. Now yet problem is that my body clock has changed. I am unable to sleep at night and sleep in the morning till afternoon. This is causing a lot of problems including me abstaining from work. I feel very lethargic to do any work. And am enjoying this forced vacation. But the same is putting my family under a lot of stress financially as well as emotionally. I want to change my body clock and sleep at night.
