Probineph 45 Capsule is a pre-probiotic combination that is used to treat chronic kidney disease. It metabolizes various nitrogenous wastes that diffuse from the bloodstream into the bowel and promotes healthy gut flora. This way it reduces the uremic toxins in renal-impaired patients.

Probineph 45 Capsule promotes the metabolism and excretion of uremic toxins by utilizing them, thereby suppressing the progression of chronic kidney disease. It also restores the beneficial bacteria when an individual loses "good" bacteria in the gut due to prolonged antibiotics use or any other medical condition. Probiotics can help balance the "good" and "bad" bacteria in the gut, allowing the body to use ingested food efficiently. On the other hand, prebiotics are non-digestible nutrients that act as a food source for healthy bacteria, or probiotics, in the gut.
