Bizfer Bizfer-XT Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. Continue taking it as long as your doctor has prescribed it. Bizfer Bizfer-XT Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc bisglycinate, Folic Acid, and Methylcobalamin. फेरस बाईग्लाईसिनेट एक एंटी-एनेमिक दवा है. यह आपके शरीर में आयरन की भरपाई करता है. नई लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं और हीमोग्लोबिन के निर्माण के लिए आयरन महत्वपूर्ण है, एक ऐसा पदार्थ जो इन कोशिकाओं को ऑक्सीजन ले जाने की क्षमता देता है.
