Along with that, Xnac Tablet can affect the kidneys of patients who are above 65 years of age or who remain dehydrated. Therefore, kidney function monitoring is recommended for such patients.
If you forget a dose of Xnac Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next scheduled dose at the prescribed time. Do not double the dose to compensate for the missed one, as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
Xnac Tablet can cause drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue (tiredness), and visual disturbances. However, it is not very common and may not affect everyone. If you experience these symptoms, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.
