How to use Wikoryl Oral Suspension

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Wikoryl Oral Suspension American Ice Cream may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Wikoryl Oral Suspension works

Wikoryl Oral Suspension American Ice Cream is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, paracetamol and phenylephrine which relieves common cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Wikoryl Oral Suspension American Ice Cream. Taking Wikoryl Oral Suspension American Ice Cream with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy

My daughter is 3 months old and she's suffering from cough (balgam). She finds difficult to breathe many a times. Local paediatrician has suggested us hexicof - p for cough and nasivion child for breathing. But these are not working properly and doctor has asked to wait for few days. Could you please suggest us any other decongestant (suspension based please) to clear her lungs which are filled with sputum?
