Warf 5 Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. You may take it with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine.
Common side effects of Warf 5 Tablet include fatal and nonfatal hemorrhage from any tissue or organ. Use of this medicine may increase your risk of bleeding. Patients with kidney problems should regularly monitor their INR (International Normalized Ratio) levels to ensure safe and effective use of Warf 5 Tablet. Consult your doctor for proper guidance.

Warf 5 Tablet helps lower the risk of stroke by preventing the formation of harmful blood clots that could block blood flow to the brain. By supporting smooth circulation, it plays an important role in maintaining brain health and reducing the risk of clot-related strokes.
