Avoid Ventex ped 85mg/1mg syrup with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
Ventex ped 85mg/1mg syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Etofylline(85 mg)


Etofylline is used to prevent and provide relief from constriction of air passages (bronchospasm) that causes shortness of breath in various disorders of the lungs such as asthma, bronchitis and emphysema.

How it works

Etofylline is a derivative of theophylline that belongs to class of medications called xanthines. It works in the airways by relaxing muscles, opening air passages to improve breathing, and decreasing the lungs response to irritants.

Salbutamol(1 mg)


Salbutamol is used to prevent reversible airways obstruction occurring during asthma, infections of airway passages (bronchitis), lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked (emphysema), and other lung diseases.

How it works

Salbutamol is an adrenergic receptor (?2) agonist. It works by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the small airways in the lungs, which helps to open up the airways and make breathing easier.

  • Contact your doctor immediately if you experience worsening of symptoms of asthma.

  • Do not take if allergic to etofylline, other xanthine derivatives or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not take if less than six years.
  • Do not take if history of heart attack or fits.
