Uses

Laropiprant is used in the treatment of vitamin b3 (nicotinic acid)- associated flushing

How it works

Laropiprant blocks the synthesis of certain chemical messengers and reduces flushing due to Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic acid), a lipid-lowering medicine.

Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Bloating, Nausea, Abdominal pain, Diarrhoea
