Walnut is an essential nut which not only acts as a memory enhancer but also has various medicinal properties. It helps support the immune system and has antioxidant, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also has anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-stress and anti-aging properties. It helps manage rheumatic pains, skin diseases and lowers blood glucose levels. Regular consumption of Walnut ahelps protect the liver and heart.
