It is better to take Tinima 500mg tablet with food.
Tinima 500mg tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).

Tinima 500mg tablet is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA.

  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel dizzy or numb after taking tinidazole.
  • Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medication and for 3 days afterwards. Alcohol may cause an upset stomach, vomiting, stomach cramps, headaches, sweating, and flushing (redness of the face).
Do not take the medicine:
