Stop taking Terf 60mg Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.

As compared to other similar medications, it is much less likely to make you feel sleepy.
Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as it can cause dizziness and sleepiness.

Interaction with drugs

Taking Terf with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Moderate

Mefloquine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as muscle pains, abdominal pain, chest pain or discomfort and consult your doctor if you experience them.

Moderate

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not take Tranylcypromine with Terfenadine. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor.
