Sinarest S Nasal Drops is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Before using this medicine, check the label. Tilt your head as far back as possible. Hold the dropper close to the nose. Make sure that you do not touch the nozzle. Squeeze the dropper gently so that the medicine gets placed in the nose.
Common side effects of Sinarest S Nasal Drops include sneezing, nose irritation, abnormal taste, and cough. These are usually mild and resolve themselves. Let your doctor know if any of these persist or get worse. They may be able to help find ways to treat or prevent them.

It should be used as prescribed and should not be taken for more than seven days in a row (preferably less). Talk to your doctor if your symptoms do not improve.
