Uses of Rosinorm G Tablet
Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

How to use Rosinorm G Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Rosinorm G Tablet works
Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Gliclazide and Rosiglitazone. Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower the blood glucose. Rosiglitazone is a thiazolidinedione which works by increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. Together, they provide better control of blood sugar.
Rosinorm G Tablet related warnings
Taking rosiglitazone with alcohol may affect blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.
Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
No information is available on the use of Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rosinorm G 2mg/80mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
These patients can experience very low blood sugar levels with this medicine, which may take a long time to come back to normal

Per day calorie intake should be between 1,500-1,800 calories with a proportion of 60:20:20 between carbohydrates, fats and proteins, respectively, take Healthy fats from raw nuts, olive oil, fish oils, flax seeds etc, fresh Fruits and vegetables,whole grains, legumes and other high-fibre diet, avoid refined carbohydrate diet,if u eat non veg u can take fish, poultry egg white, pulses whereas avoid red meat, avoid saturated fats like ghee, butter, avoid sweet foods, take small but frequent meals, supplements containing omega 3 fatty acids like Multivite fm omega capsule Quit smoking, avoid too much alcohol intake, find ways to reduce stress like meditation, yoga, etc. Moderate exercise daily like a brisk walk for 1 km. hope it helps
