Rioci 1mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and take it at the same time each day to help you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor.

Common side effects of this medicine include headache, indigestion, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, hypotension, vomiting, anemia, gastroesophageal reflux, and constipation. Avoid driving or doing anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Generally, most of its side effects usually resolve on their own and do not need any medical attention. However, you should consult with the doctor if you are bothered by any of the side effects.

Can Rioci 1mg Tablet be taken with other blood-pressure or heart medicines?

No. Rioci 1mg Tablet must not be used with nitrates, nitric-oxide donors, or PDE-5 inhibitors such as sildenafil or tadalafil, because the combination can cause dangerously low blood pressure or fainting. Always tell your doctor about every medicine you take.

Serious side effects of Rioci 1mg Tablet include severe bleeding (such as coughing up blood), extremely low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, or signs of lung bleeding. Get medical help right away if you notice any of these.

Yes. People with pulmonary hypertension already have a higher bleeding risk, and Rioci 1mg Tablet can make this worse, especially if you take blood thinners. Notify your doctor immediately if you experience nosebleeds, coughing up blood, or unusual bruising.

No. Rioci 1mg Tablet should be avoided in patients who have a history of serious hemoptysis (coughing up blood) or those who have had bronchial-artery embolization, because they are at high risk for severe or fatal bleeding.
