Repel 2.5mg Syrup can be taken with or without food. The dose required by you may vary depending on what you are taking it for. This medicine is usually taken in the evening, but follow the advice of your doctor on how to take it. Interaction with drugs

Taking Repel with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Moderate

Thalidomide (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness.
Moderate

Dalteparin (Injection Route)

Your doctor may frequently monitor your blood clotting time. Levocetirizine may reduce the efficacy of Dalteparin.
