Oromag Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the exact dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Do not take more than prescribed as it may cause undesirable side effects. Take it at the same time each day to help you remember and avoid missing a dose.

Magnesium orotate is an organic mineral salt composed of two synergic protective components: orotic acid (OA) and magnesium. It works as a mineral supplement to treat magnesium deficiency. Orotic acid transports magnesium into the cells.
