Introduction of Mpredni Tablet

Mpredni 4 mg Tablet is a type of medicine called a steroid. It is used to treat many different conditions including rheumatic disorder, blood disorders, asthma, severe allergic reactions and conditions that affect your eyes and skin.

Mpredni 4 mg Tablet is taken with food it should be swallowed whole with water at the same time(s) each day. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take them. This may change from time to time depending on how well they are working. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine. It is preventing future harm.

The most common side effects of this medicine include skin thinning, reduction in bone density, weight gain, mood changes, upset stomach, behavioural changes. If these side effects bother you or will not go away, your doctor may suggest ways of preventing or reducing them. Steroids may also lower your ability to fight infections so avoid being near people who might pass on infections such as measles, chickenpox or flu.

Mpredni 4 mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Driving

Mpredni 4 mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Undesirable effects, such as dizziness, vertigo, visual disturbances and fatigue are possible after treatment with Mpredni 4 mg Tablet. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Mpredni 4 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Mpredni 4 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Liver
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Hello , it generally increase in allergic disorders. But sometimes it may also suggest underlying serious blood disorders. Please consult a nearest pediatrician for clinical evaluation and management options. An opinion of pediatric hrmatologist may also be required.
Hi sir/Madam, my son completed 4 months on March 10th ( born on November 10, 2016). Some times I see that his eyes are not in co ordination with eachothet. I have attached a pic that I took yesterday for your reference. Last time ( he was 3 months old) when I met pediatrician he told it's normal till 4 or 5 months in kids. I wanted to check if this is normal and how long will it take to be like us. Or should I check with an eye specialist ? Pls help.

Hello, generally the accommodation and focussing of eyes happen by 5 months of age. If you notice any problem, please take an opinion of ophthalmologist to rule out congenital eye disorders.
