Taking Mexef with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route)

Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Cefalexin. Please consult your doctor. Cefalexin may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).

Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Injection Route)

Cefalexin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. Cefalexin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine.

Zinc (Oral Route)
