Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet is used to treat adults with unresectable (unremovable), advanced, or recurrent forms of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It works by inhibiting an enzyme called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and is given to patients who have an alteration in this enzyme.

Driving

It is not known whether Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney

CAUTION

Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, no dose adjustment is recommended for patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Lorbriqua 100mg Tablet is recommended.
However, recommended dosage regimen has not been established in cases of moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
